2013 Is Half Gone...

What have you got to show for it?

What were your New Years Resolutions 6 months ago?

Have you achieved what you had hoped for? Are you still in the process of working towards those goals? Have you given up or forgotten?

Today is just as good as January 1st to rededicate yourself to those things. Or pick some new goals to work towards.

I had a mileage goal for 2013...to run 1000 miles. 6 months in, I've put down 522 miles so I'm more or less right on schedule.

That's basically it for now. Sometimes we all just need a wake-up call and a reminder that life is indeed passing us by. I hope you all have been making good use of it!
